Mantra Nelson Bay is seeking Expressions of Interest from local massage therapists, wellness practitioners, or boutique massage companies who may be interested in partnering with us to deliver onsite guest treatments.
As part of enhancing our guest experience, we are exploring the opportunity to activate and convert our current boardroom into a dedicated massage and wellness space. We are open to flexible partnership models, including:

• Independent operators running their own service from the space
• Contracted or scheduled onsite treatments
• Collaborative wellness packages for guests
• Seasonal or peak‑period service offerings

• A private room currently used as a boardroom, available for conversion into a massage/wellness space
• Strong year‑round leisure demand from couples, families, and relaxation‑focused travellers
• Opportunity to align with a well‑established resort brand in the heart of Port Stephens

We Are Looking For

• Qualified and insured massage therapists or wellness practitioners
• Local operators with a strong customer service ethos
• Providers who can deliver a professional, calming, guest‑focused experience
• Businesses with a strong reputation , including well‑regarded TripAdvisor (or similar) and/or Google ratings or positive guest reviews
• Flexibility to collaborate on treatment menus, packages, and scheduling
