Parking bays are limited. This is a self-parking service.

Early check‑in and late check‑out are subject to availability and at an additional cost. Please contact reception and we’ll do our best to assist. Contact reception to arrange this request.

We offer fully self-contained, self-catering accommodation. Daily servicing is not provided. On arrival we provide a starter pack in your apartment consisting of tea, coffee, milk, toilet tissue, soap and shampoo along with bed linen, bath towels, bath mat, tea towel and pool / beach towels. All other personal items should be brought with you. A housekeeping service is provided for bookings of 7 nights or more.

Pool / Beach towels are complimentary.

Cancellation policies vary depending on the rate you select.

No Shows will result in full accommodation amount being charged to the credit card.

It is common practice for hotels in any country to ask for credit card details at check in as security against damage / unpaid accounts, a $200 pre authorisation is held until check out.

Yes, we do offer airport transfers. Please refer to our  Travelling to Airlie Beach section for more information and to book your airport transfers. For your convenience, transfer costs are added to your hotel room account.
