Known for its sweeping vineyard views, architecturally designed cellar door, and a winemaking philosophy built around time well spent, Bonvilla Estate was the perfect collaborator.
From selecting the fruit to refining the final blend, Bonvilla’s winemakers worked closely with us to craft a sparkling that captures the essence of our coastal destinations while reflecting the elegance and craftsmanship of the Hunter Valley.
