Environmental Responsibility:

We are committed to reducing our environmental footprint through responsible resource management, waste minimisation, and continuous improvement across all operations. Our approach includes conserving water and energy, reducing waste generation, and implementing efficient technologies such as low‑flow showerheads and energy‑saving systems. We maintain comprehensive guest and back‑of‑house recycling programs and actively work to prevent mould and maintain healthy air quality in our tropical climate.

Current Initiatives

  • Plastic bottle recycling bins available throughout the properties, supported by guest signage
  • Linen reuse program to reduce water and chemical consumption
  • 7+ night stay service schedule, with linen changes only on request to minimise water and energy use
  • Preventative maintenance program to reduce water wastage (leaks, air‑conditioning efficiency, etc.)
  • Stock control processes to minimise waste from minibars and amenities.

Community Engagement:

We actively support and engage with our local community through partnerships, volunteer opportunities, and the sourcing of local products and services. Our goal is to contribute meaningfully to the regions in which we operate and strengthen the social and economic wellbeing of our communities.
